Screenshots and interview minutes are separate balances — running out of one leaves the other usable.
Session limits
- 3 hours per session. Start another to keep going — the cap is on the session, not your balance.
- Hitting zero ends a free-trial session. A paid pass runs to the 3-hour cap even as the balance drains.
- An empty balance blocks new sessions. Screenshot answers still work.
Stacking & expiry
Let a pass lapse first and the next one starts fresh from that day — the unused hours are gone. A pass never expires mid-session: if the date passes while you are running, the session finishes.
Charges & refunds
Payments run through Creem — cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For a refund or a balance that looks wrong, email support@cowinx.com from your account address. Full terms are on the Terms & Privacy page.
