• Cowinx currently uses Google sign-in for account access.
• You are responsible for activity under the Google account you use to access Cowinx.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.

Billing and subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed through our payment partner, Creem.
• Subscription renewals, cancellation, and payment methods are managed through your billing portal.
• Refund decisions and payment processing are subject to Creem's terms and applicable law.

Service availability and updates

• We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time.
• We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available."

2. Privacy Policy

We collect only the data needed to operate Cowinx, provide support, and process billing.

• Account data: your email address and basic account identifiers provided through Google sign-in.
• Billing data: plan and payment status received from our payment processor.
• Usage data: session timing and operational logs used for product reliability and abuse prevention.
• Processing data: interview audio and screen content may be processed by AI/transcription providers to generate requested outputs.

How we use data

• To authenticate users through Google sign-in and run the service.
• To provide AI/transcription features requested by you.
• To process subscription billing and account management.
• To monitor reliability, security, and misuse.

Sharing and retention

• We share data with infrastructure, AI, and payment providers only as needed to operate Cowinx.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We retain data only for as long as needed for service operation, legal obligations, and dispute handling.

Website analytics cookie

Cowinx uses a first-party analytics cookie to assign a random visitor ID so we can measure unique visitors and page performance, understand which pages are viewed, and see which download or login actions are used on our own website.

We do not use this cookie for cross-site advertising, targeted advertising, or selling personal information. We use it only for our own site analytics and product measurement.
