Refund Policy

One-time passes

• Passes are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew, so there is no recurring charge to cancel.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, Creem, who acts as the merchant of record.

Refund eligibility

• If your pass does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund.
• Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be reduced or declined where a pass has already been substantially used.
• Creem may, at its discretion, issue a refund within 60 days of a purchase to prevent chargebacks and protect customers. All refunds are subject to Creem's terms and applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email cowinxlab@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Creem.
