How do I get started?

To get started with Cowinx, download the macOS app, sign in with Google, and press Start. Cowinx then begins real-time transcription for your microphone and system audio so you can ask questions during the interview.

What counts toward my time balance?

Only active Cowinx session time counts toward your minute balance. If you pause a session, the paused time does not consume any of your included minutes.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

To upgrade to Cowinx Pro, open the Settings panel in the app, click "Upgrade to Pro", and complete the checkout flow. Your account updates automatically after payment succeeds.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your Cowinx subscription, open Settings in the app and click "Manage Subscription". That opens the billing portal, where you can cancel renewal or update your payment method.

Is my audio data stored?

Cowinx does not store your interview audio on our servers. Audio is streamed to the transcription provider only for the live session and is not retained by Cowinx after processing.
